# SAP CRM ISU ConsultantApril 13, 2023### Job Description#### Role Overview* Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.* Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.* Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.#### Responsibilities:* 10+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries.* Experience with CRM –ISU Integration .* Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.#### Technical Requirements:* Understanding on IS Utilities Business & Technical Master Data Setup .* Understanding of Meter to Cash Flow & Transactions .* Understanding of CRM-ISU Replication process .* Experience in Print Workbench area .* Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process & Market Communication .* Expertise in IDex Setup, Partner Profile setup, COMEV/COMPR process .* Able to Identify Enhancement points & BADI’s in Standard SAP Transactions .* Able to Analyze Batch Job Failure’s & Creation of Custom Mass Activities .* Expertise in Performance Optimization of Batch jobs & Custom Code .* Good understanding of Release Management/Deployment Activities.#### Preferred Skills:SAP Industry Solution->SAP Utilities (SAP ISU),SAP Industry Solution->SAP Utilities (SAP ISU)->SAP IS-UTILITIES ABAP (SAP ISU ABAP)Location
