SAP CPI Integration Analyst (B2B/EDI, IDoc)

Title: SAP CPI Integration Analyst (B2B/EDI, IDoc)

Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid onsite several days per week; occasional late Pacific Time meetings)

Full time with DynPro or Contract (C2C/W2)

• Design, build, and operate SAP Cloud Integration iFlows connecting CRM or service platforms, ERP systems, and trading partners.
• Configure AS2, SFTP, HTTP, and OData adapters, including encryption, digital signing, and certificate management.
• Configure trading-partner agreements and B2B mappings between IDocs and X12/EDIFACT using Integration Advisor or comparable tools.
• Implement acknowledgements, control flows, retries, alerting, message tracking, and error-triage procedures.
• Partner with SAP functional teams on partner profiles, IDoc extensions, and reprocessing procedures.
• Improve throughput, back-off handling, pagination, payload validation, reliability, observability, and EDI compliance.
• Document operational runbooks and support cutover and hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP Cloud Integration experience building and operating production iFlows in SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with B2B/EDI mapping and trading-partner configuration.
• Working knowledge of IDoc structures and common order-to-cash and returns messages.
• Scripting skills for transformations and exception-handling logic.
• Practical knowledge of integration security, certificates, secrets, encryption, signing, and audit logging.
• Ability to work onsite in the Bay Area several days per week and support occasional late Pacific Time meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Event Mesh or API Management.
• Familiarity with SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration migrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud or other CRM platforms.
