Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP CDP Consultant with 6+ years of experience in customer data platforms, customer data management, and SAP CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
- Work on customer data ingestion, unification, identity resolution, and profile management.
- Integrate SAP CDP with SAP Customer Experience, S/4HANA, SAP Marketing/Engagement Cloud, and external systems .
- Configure customer data models, schemas, mappings, and data flows.
- Develop and support APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP .
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CDP solutions.
- Support data quality, governance, privacy, and consent requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues and provide production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing/UAT.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in SAP CX / Customer Data / CDP .
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) .
- Experience with customer identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, data mapping, and data models .
- Understanding of SAP Customer Experience ecosystem .
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- SAP CX/CDP certification.
- Experience with SAP Emarsys, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud, or SAP Marketing Cloud .
- Knowledge of customer consent, privacy, and data governance.
