Qualifications & Experience
- Seeking a strong technical SAP Data Services consultant with extensive hands‑on experience on BODS.
- Strong SQL, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in designing and developing complex jobs in SAP DS, including working with different functions and transformations.
- Exposure to integrating Data Services with different applications such as SAP ECC, SAP BW and databases like MS SQL, Oracle, and Postgres.
- Strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs by using best practices.
- Experience in leading a team of onsite and offshore developers.
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively while working on multiple projects/interfaces concurrently.
- Effectively delegates work to offshore developers, reviews their code, and ensures quality code is delivered following all coding standards.
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of accountability; able to work independently with little guidance.
- Quick learner who can ramp up fast; detail oriented and thorough in work.
- This is a Lead role for the Integration area – no production support, no migration requirement.
