Responsibilities

• Excellent Knowledge in administering EC and SuPM systems
• Knowledge in EC/SuPM security administration and trouble shooting.
• System refreshes planning and scheduling.
• Integration of EC and SuPM systems with other SAP & non-SAP applications
• EC / SuPM Transport Management Process and Procedure
• EC / SuPM Job Maintenance
• EC UME / LDAP Configuration
• Troubleshooting EC Integration/batch Jobs
• OSS message management and SAP notes application
• EC / SuPM SAP Patching Process and Strategy
• Excellent knowledge in SAP BASIS.
• Minimum 8 years of SAP BASIS plus 3 years of EC/SuPM experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multi-tasking and manage customer communications well
