Provide performance tuning, problem analysis, upgrades and system administration for Oracle databases and SAP instances, NetWeaver 2004s and ECC 6.0, BI, PI, SRM, Portal, SAP Hana.
Perform setup and configuration of Solution Manager to monitor & administer SAP systems.
Work with SAP via OSS & Solution Manager for technical resolution of problems, configure start, default, and instance profiles.
Project management surrounding SAP, DB2, and other upgrades for new product installations.
Preferred knowledge in administering a combination of SAP systems such as ECC, Solution Manager, TREX, Content Server, Portal, LVM, and Client Quality Center.
