To support a long-term project, the remote contract-to-hire SAP BASIS Administrator will manage technical architecture analysis, design, and deployment for SAP systems while advising on integration approaches and managing third-party dependencies. Key responsibilities Oversee the design and management of SAP system landscapes in operational and project scenarios Plan and manage maintenance schedules for SAP systems and participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing Provide hands-on SAP BASIS administration, troubleshooting, and leadership for system performance initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus 12+ years of experience in SAP BASIS Strong understanding of SAP best practices and technical requirements for cloud technologies Experience working with highly technical teams and managing competing priorities Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues Self-motivated with a high standard for work ethic and quality
