SAP ATTP Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP ATTP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ATTP and SAP EWM to join a consulting engagement in a hybrid client environment. The role involves end-to-end consulting across design, development, configuration, deployment, and support of SAP solutions, with a strong focus on life sciences and pharmaceutical industry processes.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and guide delivery teams through implementation and support activities.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years in SAP consulting, specifically SAP ATTP
• At least 1 year of SAP EWM experience
• 2+ years in full project lifecycle (implementation/support/maintenance)
• Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences / Pharma preferred)

Must-Have Skills

• SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals)
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with:
  • SD, MM, PP, QM, Manufacturing
  • Non-SAP systems (MES, WES, etc.)
• Interface technologies (PI, ALE, etc.)
• Solution Manager, ServiceNow, HP ALM tools
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)

Functional & Domain Expertise

• SAP ATTP processes:
  • Master Data management
  • Manufacturing & Distribution processes
  • ATTP operations and serialization
  • TraceLink integration
  • Government compliance reporting
• SAP EWM processes:
  • Inbound and outbound processing
  • Physical inventory
  • RF transactions
  • Handling Unit (HU) management
  • Transportation units
  • Production integration
• Strong knowledge of GxP and SOX compliance
• Experience working in highly regulated environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ATTP solution design, configuration, and deployment
• Drive integration across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Support business process consulting and solution architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SD, MM, PP, QM
• Provide guidance on EWM and ATTP integration scenarios
• Participate in project lifecycle activities including support and maintenance
• Work closely with onsite and offshore teams for delivery coordination
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide high-impact communication
• Contribute to proposals, documentation, and client training
