SAP Ariba Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Lead to manage end-to-end implementations of SAP Ariba Sourcing and/or SAP Ariba Contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ariba solutions, project leadership, and integration with procurement and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

For SAP Ariba Sourcing:

• Lead SAP Ariba Sourcing implementations, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements.
• Define sourcing strategies and best practices, leveraging Ariba for RFx processes and supplier negotiations.
• Configure, optimize, and enhance the SAP Ariba Sourcing platform for performance and integration.
• Drive user adoption through mentoring, documentation, training, and change management.
• Analyze sourcing data and KPIs to identify cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities.

For SAP Ariba Contracts:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba Contracts implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage contract creation, negotiation, approval, and lifecycle using Ariba solutions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Configure and optimize contract templates, clause libraries, and workflows for seamless integration.
• Champion user adoption through training and change management initiatives.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Ariba implementations (Sourcing and/or Contracts).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and drive user adoption effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with supplier negotiations and sourcing best practices.
