SAP Analytics Lead

Job Description

• Enterprise data architecture, cloud data warehousing, and business intelligence.
• SAP Knowledge: Deep familiarity with SAP data models, S/4HANA architecture, or SAP BW extraction methods.
• Snowflake Expertise: Advanced SQL, physical/logical data modeling, and performance optimization in Snowflake (SnowPro certification preferred).
• Power BI Proficiency: Expertise in Power BI service administration, deployment pipelines, row-level security (RLS), and complex data mashups.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business reporting needs into technical data architecture roadmaps.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Integration & Extraction: Design robust ELT/ETL pipelines to pull data securely from SAP sources (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, ABAP CDS views, or SAP BW) using tools like Azure Data Factory, SAP BODS, or native cloud connectors.
• Snowflake Architecture: Design and optimize Snowflake data warehouse elements, including schema design (star schema, Data Vault, or Medallion architecture), role-based access control (RBAC), virtual warehouse sizing, and cost/performance tuning.
• Semantic Modeling & Power BI: Build scalable semantic layers, robust tabular models, and optimized DAX formulas in Power BI to ensure rapid, intuitive reporting for business stakeholders.
• Governance & Standards: Establish enterprise data governance standards, data quality rules, and metadata management across the SAP-to-Snowflake-to-Power BI ecosystem.
• Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business reporting needs into technical data architecture roadmaps.
• Strong technical leadership, vendor coordination, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead global delivery teams and cross-functional technical workshops in fast-paced transformation environments.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, risk management, escalation management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with SAP Activate and SAFe Agile delivery methodologies

Salary Range : $150,000 to $160,000 Per Annum
