Supplier Enablement Consultant||SAP Analyst

Locations: West Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC Hybrid 3 days

We are looking for a hands-on Supplier Enablement Consultant with experience in supplier onboarding, supplier master data management, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong systems knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a keen eye for data quality and process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, and supplier master data operations.
• Create, maintain, and modify supplier records in enterprise systems.
• Investigate and resolve supplier setup issues, system exceptions, data discrepancies, and process-related problems.
• Perform quality checks (QA/QC) to ensure supplier data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement appropriate resolutions for operational and system issues.
• Support business users by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and timely updates.
• Understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and the downstream impact of supplier data and setup changes.
• Support process improvements, documentation, and system transition activities.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Enablement, Supplier Master Data, or Vendor Master Operations.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or modifying supplier records within enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, exception handling, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of procurement operations and P2P processes.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data quality or quality assurance activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support business users effectively.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing processes, and learn new systems quickly.

• SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)
• SAP Ariba Business Network
• Other enterprise supplier management, vendor master data, or P2P platforms
