Must have Hands-on knowledge in managing the Dev Projects.2. Must be Excellent in Interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.3. Drive teams from one/more locations with excellent Team skills.4. Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to manage communication and co-ordination required to drive the projects.5. Ensure complete adherence to the Agile processes and other Project Management processes and own the activities.6. Manage and support the Digital Core S/4 or Connected Capability initiatives as applicable7. Excellent in managing Risks and Issues for the project.8.
