Responsibilities:
- Discuss with functional leads to understand requirements/issue.
- Resolve critical tickets onsite.
- Coordinate with client to understand issues.
- Coordinate with offshore team for ticket assignment and clarifications.
- Solve issues related to ABAP, WDA, SRM WF, WF, ALE IDoc.
- Participate and contribute in upcoming project discussions with client.
