Seeking a highly experienced SAP ABAP Solution Architect in a 100% remote, full-time role, the candidate will provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, and lead global development teams for SAP S/4HANA transformations and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Define SAP technical architecture and development standards while leading S/4HANA transformation and modernization programs Design and develop complex SAP solutions using OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, and Fiori/UI5, ensuring code optimization and alignment with SAP Clean Core strategy Lead and mentor global ABAP development teams, conducting design reviews and managing project delivery and risk assessments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 15+ years of SAP ABAP experience, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP Proven experience leading global SAP transformation programs SAP ABAP/SAP BTP/S/4HANA certifications preferred Experience managing teams of 15-50 SAP consultants and engaging with executive stakeholders
