Training provided.Job DutiesClean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, work areas, warehouse spaces, and common areasUse pressure hoses and approved cleaning tools to maintain sanitary conditionsDisassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble equipment after production runsFollow daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning schedulesSafely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitizers while following safety proceduresComplete sanitation logs and cleaning documentationConduct pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is production-readyRemove waste, recyclables, and debris from production areasReport equipment issues and safety concerns to supervisorsMaintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, food safety, and company proceduresPreferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Sanitation Worker.Physical CapabilitiesSteel-toed shoes are required on production floorAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development."Manufacturing work is fast paced and physical.
