Industrial Sanitation Worker – Yuba-Sutter Area
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Industrial Sanitation Worker for a local food processing company in the Yuba-Sutter area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in a similar industrial setting and who are looking to work the graveyard shift in a fast-paced food production environment.
Job Duties:
- Perform janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness in the food processing facility.
- Responsible for removing trash and taking it to designated disposal areas.
- Mopping and vacuuming floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Cleaning surfaces with disinfectant as per company guidelines.
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines set by the supervisor.
- Work according to safe practices and guidelines provided by the company.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in a similar industrial sanitation or janitorial role, preferably in a food processing environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand throughout the shift.
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills with supervisors and coworkers.
- Reliable and punctual.
Compensation:
- $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift:
- Graveyard shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
