The Sand Blaster is responsible for preparing parts for coating and finishing by operating automated and manual blasting and polishing equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role supports production quality through hands-on processing and safe equipment operation.Responsibilities:Operate automated blast cabinets by placing parts on spindles, monitoring rotation cycles, and removing parts upon completionPerform manual blasting by placing parts inside cabinets and hand-blasting using attached glovesOperate REM polishing bowls, loading parts and removing them once finishing cycles are completeHandle parts before and after blasting to ensure proper finish and damage-free processingPerform general production and material handling tasks as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAdhere to all safety protocols and work instructionsDesired Background/Skills:Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasksAttention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
