Sandblaster – 2nd ShiftThe Sandblaster – 2nd Shift plays a key role in preparing equipment, machinery, and structural components for high-quality finishing. This position is responsible for using a variety of hand and power tools, along with sandblasting equipment, to remove surface contaminants and ensure materials are properly cleaned and prepped for painting.Work is performed in accordance with project specifications, customer requirements, and internal quality standards, with guidance provided through formal training and team support. Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time are essential to success in this role.This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
The role is based on a second shift schedule, working Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This shift includes a $2.00/hour differential and a paid 30-minute lunch break.
