Overview

Physician Assistant opportunity in San Antonio, TX in a brand-new, all-outpatient primary care practice. The incoming provider will take over a fully developed patient panel for a relocating clinician and will be able to start with a ready-made practice and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Manage a full patient panel and coordinate care with the team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) with active Texas license.
• 3+ years of primary care experience.

Schedule & Compensation

• 4-day work week with no weekends and no holidays.
• Salary: $120,000 per year.
• Bonus incentives and loan repayment options may be available.
