Overview: Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate (Samsung Experience Consultant) – drive sales of Samsung devices in a BestBuy store. The role focuses on customer‑centric selling, building relationships with both customers and BestBuy staff, and achieving monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs, recommending fitting Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for both customers and BestBuy employees.
• Serve as a brand evangelist and establish strong partnerships with BestBuy staff.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals each month.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and BestBuy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Reset displays upon request and during new product launches.
• Report sales performance and retail insights daily.

Performance Measurements

• Regular, prompt attendance

• Meeting or exceeding established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high‑demand retail holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
