Senior Sample Coordinator
Location: NY 55 Thomas St, NY (Onsite)
Interview Process: Virtual
Rate: $18 -20/hr on W2
Contract: 3+ Months of Contract (Extendable)
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with fashion, Apparel retail, product development, merchandising, sample coordination, or product administration would be helpful
- Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow. Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.
- Communicate with Merchadising team to discuss arrivals and delays.
- Build rapports with Brand MAs.
- Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.
