SALT M&A Senior Manager — Global Tax & Due Diligence

RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic State and Local Tax (SALT) Senior Manager specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions to join our Cross-Border M&A Tax Practice in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will advise multinational corporations, private equity firms, and privately held companies on state and local tax aspects of planning, structuring, due diligence, and executing M&A transactions.

The ideal candidate should have at least eight years of tax experience, including five years of SALT experience, and a CPA or JD qualification. Strong quantification, research, and writing skills are key for success in this role.
