We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to collaborate closely with our product team in designing user-friendly, high-impact salon management solutions. In addition to providing product-focused insights, this role will train and support other salon managers on our software and best practices for salon operations. A deep understanding of salon workflows, coupled with an aptitude for technology, is essential.

• Solution Design: Work with product teams to create and refine salon management tools, ensuring features align with daily salon operations.
• Operational Expertise: Advocate for salon efficiency by sharing best practices in scheduling, inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service.
• Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and materials to help salon managers effectively use Salons AI solutions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor user engagement and solution effectiveness, identifying improvements to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from salon managers to guide software updates, refine existing features, and recommend new product offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery.

• Salon Management Experience: Strong background in leading and operating salons, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology, including salon management software or similar tools; AI exposure is a plus.
• Training Skills: Experience in creating and delivering training programs, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret salon performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Remote Readiness: Self-motivated, organized, and able to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
