RFP Homes is a growing company with a strong presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We’ve delivered $100M+ in off-market opportunities to 400+ investors across DFW , and we’re expanding our Dallas sales team.

We’re looking for competitive, motivated, and relationship-driven salespeople who are ready to build their skills, grow their income, and develop a long-term career with a performance-driven company.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with investors and prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work warm inbound leads generated through company marketing
• Present opportunities and guide clients through the sales process
• Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and social channels
• Negotiate and work toward closing deals
• Develop your sales skills through hands-on training and coaching
• Consistently work toward individual and team goals

Earning Potential

Your income is based on your performance.

• Average first-year earnings: $55K–$80K
• Top first-year earnings: $140K–$150K+
• Top-performing reps: $200K–$300K+

There is no cap on commission earnings .
