• Experience working on ERP, especially on CRM processes
• Expert and or understands B2B & B2C model
• Proficient in Business Facebook posts, YouTube Video creation and Upload, Instagrams Post, MS Office, Outlook, similar email client tools

Skills

• Strong business communication skills – ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Must have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube posts/video upload and update experience.
• Experience in creating promotional or even flyers using graphic designing tools such as Affinity Designer or Affinity Photos.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Schedule, create, share, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube promotions events.
• Be YouTube and Facebook face for promotions.
• Interact with social media fans on questions and convert opportunity to sales.
• Convert leads into sales by using ERP system that manages sales and opportunities.
