Job Overview

We’re seeking a Salesforce UX/Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large-scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. You’ll design intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning, partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components.
• Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows.
• Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design.
• Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of product/UX design experience with Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components.
• Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Agile environment experience.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week).

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud, Flow, Service/Sales Cloud).
• Design system contribution experience.
• Healthcare or staffing industry familiarity.

Vetting Process

• Portfolio review and agency screening.
• Two brief interviews with UX leadership and partners.
• Open to a 1–2 week paid trial period for final candidates.
