To support the modernization of Veterans' access to care, the full-time Salesforce Technical Project Manager will lead technical projects focused on Salesforce-based CRM solutions, collaborating with engineering and IT teams while working remotely within the U.S. Key responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of milestones Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder engagement Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets while identifying and mitigating risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field 5+ years in technical project management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce implementations Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Technical knowledge in software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards)
