Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Salesforce Technical Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications and configurations across Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Commerce Cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Design and develop custom applications using Force.com , Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Commerce Cloud to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in coding, security, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Strong expertise in Force.com platform , Apex , Visualforce , LWC , and SOQL/SOSL .
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud , and Commerce Cloud .
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
