Guiding the design, development, and delivery of Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, the contract Salesforce Technical Lead will work remotely to transform claims workflow and operations while performing hands-on coding and mentoring within a global development team. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions supporting claims workflow and operational transformation Perform hands-on coding with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits Architect scalable integrations using REST APIs, FHIR, Kafka, and enterprise event-driven patterns Required qualifications 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required
