To serve as the technical face and voice of Flosum within the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Technical Evangelist will manage webinars, evangelize Flosum solutions, and engage with the user community while rapidly mastering new Salesforce releases and product capabilities. Key responsibilities Plan, host, and deliver a consistent cadence of technical webinars and demos showcasing Flosum solutions and Salesforce best practices Position Flosum as the go-to solution for Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through various content formats Build and energize Flosum's user community through ongoing programs, office hours, and customer advocacy initiatives Required qualifications 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in roles such as admin, developer, architect, or consultant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track) and an active Trailhead profile A proven track record of public technical communication, including webinars, conference talks, or a well-followed technical blog Strong marketing instincts with a focus on audience, messaging, and measurable results Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including release cycles and DevOps/CI-CD concepts
