Job description
We are seeking an experienced clientfacing Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions at the client location The architect will translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solution designs guide onsite and offshore engineering teams define integration and security patterns and ensure delivery quality across the full implementation lifecycle
Own the endtoend technical architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations enhancements integrations data migration security and deployment
Translate business capabilities and nonfunctional requirements into solution architecture technical designs integration patterns and delivery guardrails
Define scalable designs across Apex Lightning Web Components Flow OmniStudio APIs eventdriven architecture and Salesforce configuration
Assess platform limits performance maintainability upgrade impact technical debt and totalcost implications before recommending solutions
Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture Salesforce WellArchitected principles and client technology standards
Architect FSC solutions using Person Accounts Households Financial Accounts Financial Account Roles Relationships Interaction Summaries Action Plans Referrals and relevant industry data models
Design customer 360 relationship management onboarding servicing complaints lending deposits wealth or insurance capabilities based on the client scope
Guide FSC extension through configuration Flow Apex LWC OmniStudio and integrations while limiting unnecessary customization
Ensure solutions address security privacy consent auditability retention and controlled access expectations in regulated financialservices environments
1015 years of IT experience including substantial Salesforce solution delivery and architecture experience in enterprise programs
Strong handson knowledge of Apex LWC Flow SOQLSOSL platform configuration asynchronous processing and Salesforce security
Proven experience architecting Salesforce FSC solutions for banking lending wealth management insurance or financialservices clients
Deep understanding of FSC data models Person Accounts relationship structures financial accounts interaction management and industry workflows
Experience designing complex integrations using RESTSOAP Platform Events Change Data Capture Bulk API and middleware such as MuleSoft
Experience with identity SSO OAuth connected apps data security sharing encryption audit and regulateddata considerations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX Git CICD environment strategy release management and DevSecOps practices
Ability to lead architecture workshops communicate tradeoffs influence senior client stakeholders and turn decisions into actionable delivery plans
Experience coordinating distributed onsiteoffshore teams and managing technical dependencies across multiple workstreams
