Within this environment, Business Management Technology is responsible for delivering and evolving Salesforce capabilities that support key business functions tied to portfolio manager recruitment and support, while driving integration across internal platforms and business-critical workflows.What You'll DoProvide hands-on development support for Business Management Technology initiatives across the Salesforce platformDevelop and enhance a recruiting platform designed to support portfolio manager hiring and related business workflowsPartner on the design and delivery of Salesforce CRM capabilities using Apex, Lightning, AppExchange tools, and related platform featuresOperate, support, and continuously improve existing CRM products and connected applicationsBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal and external systems, including platforms such as Accounting and Human ResourcesLead environment and deployment strategy for the CRM solution, supporting stable and efficient release managementDesign and implement bolt-on solutions within Salesforce using AppExchange products where appropriateStay current on Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to improve existing solutionsWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development and support, with strong technical depth across the platform4-7 years of broader software development experience, including delivering scalable business applications2+ years of Web UI development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with proficiency in at least one framework such as Angular, React/Redux, or EmberIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce Feedback Management, Salesforce Digital Experiences, and Salesforce platform best practicesExperience researching, proposing, and prototyping AI-driven solutions within Salesforce, with a track record of delivering measurable business impactStrong experience building and consuming RESTful services and integrating Salesforce with third-party and enterprise internal systemsExperience leading Salesforce deployments and managing security entitlements within Salesforce Sales CloudStrong SQL Server development skills, including complex SQL and stored procedures, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environmentSalary RangeMillennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York City and may change in the future.
