Fitch Group seeks a Salesforce Support Triage Specialist to elevate BRM effectiveness from our Chicago area office. You will rapidly triage, diagnose, categorize, and escalate Salesforce issues, acting as a trusted front face for BRM stakeholders while improving efficiency and communication.
You’ll work with Salesforce Admins, QA, and the Revenue Enablement team to reduce admin overhead and drive timely resolutions.
