You'll work with business and IT teams to drive patient engagement, streamline workflows, and ensure integrations with EHR/EMR systems.Key Requirements:7+ years Salesforce architecture/implementation experience, preferably in healthcare.Expertise in Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Hands-on with integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL).Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud Consultant, Application/Technical Architect) preferred.Nice-to-Have:Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner).Analytics/reporting tools (Tableau, Einstein).
