Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Financial Services Cloud & Experience Cloud)
Location: Washington DC
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Experience Cloud . The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation and solution design experience.
- Strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud , including client onboarding, relationship management, financial accounts, and referral processes.
- Experience with Experience Cloud , including portal design, Experience Builder, audience targeting, authentication, and security.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, data modeling, Flow Builder, and declarative automation.
- Experience in solution design, business requirements gathering, workshops, and technical documentation.
- Integration design experience including data flows, field mappings, and business rules.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with developers, admins, and business stakeholders.
- Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance industry experience preferred.
Required Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
