- Drive adoption of Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI and intelligent automation .
- Define enterprise Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable CRM architecture and solution designs.
- Design complex Salesforce solutions involving APIs, middleware, custom development and third-party integrations.
- Define Salesforce technology roadmaps and recommend emerging platform capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership to development, administration and project teams.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security and compliance across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Strong client-facing and technical leadership experience
- Experience defining system landscapes and identifying gaps between current and target states
