Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 7+ years Salesforce administration, development, integration, or architecture experience.
- 3+ years designing enterprise solutions as Architect or Technical Lead.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading complex implementations, integrations, migrations, or modernization.
- Experience working with executives, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross‑functional departments.
- Experience in regulated, data‑heavy legal, financial, or compliance environments is a plus.

- Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Integration of external systems via REST/SOAP, middleware, ETL, iPaaS.
- Understanding of CRM processes across service, operations, case management, sales, marketing, and support.
- Experience with data migration, duplication, data quality, reporting, dashboards, analytics.
- Knowledge of identity, SSO, authentication, access control, audit logging, privacy, compliance.
- Familiarity with DevOps, source control, release management, sandbox strategy, pipelines, governance.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
