Job Overview

Full‑Time Salesforce Solution Architect in Irvine, California. Salary $140,000‑$175,000 plus up to 10% bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and conduct requirements gathering.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce, develop integration strategies, and oversee project timelines.
  • Present ideas, receive feedback, and foster continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Salesforce administration, development, integration, or architecture experience.
  • 3+ years designing enterprise solutions as Architect or Technical Lead.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience leading complex implementations, integrations, migrations, or modernization.
  • Experience working with executives, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross‑functional departments.
  • Experience in regulated, data‑heavy legal, financial, or compliance environments is a plus.

  • Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Integration of external systems via REST/SOAP, middleware, ETL, iPaaS.
  • Understanding of CRM processes across service, operations, case management, sales, marketing, and support.
  • Experience with data migration, duplication, data quality, reporting, dashboards, analytics.
  • Knowledge of identity, SSO, authentication, access control, audit logging, privacy, compliance.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, source control, release management, sandbox strategy, pipelines, governance.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
