As part of an ongoing Salesforce optimization and enhancement initiative, we are looking for a senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to serve as the bridge between business requirements and the Salesforce platform.
The consultant will take a proactive, hands-on role in reducing the enhancement backlog, improving cross-system data flows, supporting production issues, and maximizing the use of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
Missions
- Lead functional solution architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designs
- Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, L1/L2 support resolution, and enhancement delivery
- Partner closely with the Delivery Lead while providing architectural and functional direction
- Design and optimize Experience Cloud portals , including scheduling, customer profiles, invoice management, and future e-commerce capabilities
- Manage functional data flows and integrations, including HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead routing and multiple downstream operating systems
- Create and maintain SOPs supporting proposal management, platform governance, and operational consistency
- Guide and unblock the Offshore Salesforce Developer through daily requirements and solution reviews
- Support document generation, eSignature, and storage workflows using Conga, DocuSign, and AWS
- Design scalable Salesforce data models and prepare the platform for future growth
Required Profile
- 8–10+ years of overall IT/business experience
- 5–7+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong Salesforce functional architecture and solution design experience
- Experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, ETL, Snowflake, and data fabrics
- Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot and downstream enterprise systems
- Experience with Conga Composer and DocuSign eSignature
- Strong experience with Jira, Rally, Confluence, Lucidchart, and/or Visio
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery
- Experience coordinating with offshore development teams
