  • Translate product roadmaps and business requirements into solution designs, technical work packages, estimates, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery risks in collaboration with the Product Manager and Project Manager.
  • Assign and coordinate work across Salesforce developers, administrators, QA, integration, data, security, infrastructure, implementation partners, and vendors; lead technical refinement, design and code reviews, release readiness, mentoring, and resolution of developer blockers.
  • Architect reusable OmniStudio and Experience Cloud solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers/DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, Decision Tables, Business Rules Engine, secure portal patterns, and governed document-generation and e-signature capabilities.
  • Establish engineering and automation standards for Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, triggers, asynchronous processing, APIs, custom metadata, approvals, validation, and managed packages, emphasizing modular, bulk-safe, secure, observable, idempotent, and supportable solutions.
  • Own integration and data architecture across internal lending services and third parties, including API contracts, Named Credentials, OAuth/JWT, resiliency, logging, reconciliation, data quality, analytics contracts, and migration from legacy custom records to appropriate FSC models.
  • Govern source-driven delivery through Git, Jira, Salesforce CLI, GitHub Actions, metadata manifests, delta and full deployments, Validation, DevBuild, QA, Stage, Production, and hotfix environments, ensuring direct org changes are reconciled to source and releases include validation, rollback, and post-deployment evidence.

The responsibilities listed below are required.

  • Demonstrated hands‑on expertise with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers/DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise document‑generation solutions, preferably including OmniStudio Document Generation and one or more of Conga, Salesforce Files, Box, or comparable platforms.
  • Proven experience serving as a Salesforce solution architect or technical lead with responsibility for work decomposition, estimates, technical assignments, design reviews, and delivery quality.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura, Flow, triggers, asynchronous Apex, REST APIs, platform security, custom metadata, and Salesforce order of execution.
  • Experience modernizing a heavily customized Salesforce org while maintaining production continuity and moving toward standard platform capabilities.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud or Salesforce portal architecture, external‑user security, and API‑based customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, permission sets, permission‑set groups, CRUD/FLS enforcement, encryption, auditability, and secure integration patterns.
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, Salesforce CLI, metadata API/source format, CI/CD, environment management, release planning, and production support.
  • Understanding of loan origination and fulfillment, including borrower and guarantor structures, collateral, underwriting, credit approval, closing, documents, funding, servicing, and post‑closing.
  • Ability to communicate with executive, business, and technical stakeholders; make decisions with incomplete information; and document clear recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • Ability to remain technically hands‑on enough to review code, diagnose runtime behavior, validate platform constraints, and guide developers through complex defects.
