Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Elicit, challenge and document business requirements
- Own the as-is assessment and future-state architecture
- Run senior client governance
- Orchestrate functional consultants and developers
- Contribute to practice assets, patterns and mentorship
Requirements
- 20+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Business‑analysis, solution‑architecture and strategy skills
- Track record of documenting requirements
- US-based with ability to travel to client sites
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus
- Exposure to NetSuite and Salesforce–ERP reconciliation is a plus
