- Salesforce Service Cloud Integration, Configuration and Administration expertise
- Good overall understanding of Service Cloud Architecture, Salesforce object model, and Underlying database modelling
- Integration expertise with Restful API's
- Experience in configuration with:
- Case Management
- Rerouting
- Prioritization
- Re-assignment
- Business rules and workflow
- Building Macros
- Experience with Salesforce Administration and Deployment
- Experience building Metrics and Dashboards
- Salesforce Developer Certification is required, other certification are highly desirable
