Supporting a federal Salesforce modernization initiative, the full-time Salesforce QA Tester will develop and execute test plans, validate configurations and custom developments, and manage defects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce configuration and integration work Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across sprints and Salesforce releases Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including declarative configuration and automation such as Salesforce Flow Experience validating custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components) and performing backend validation using SOQL Proven ability to design and execute test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria Experience with defect-tracking and test-management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
