To support the New York State Department of Labor's Unemployment Insurance Call Center, the full-time remote Salesforce QA Tester will develop and execute testing scenarios, manage defect tracking, and ensure high-quality releases of Salesforce applications. Key responsibilities Develop detailed System Integration Testing (SIT) scenarios and execute test scripts aligned with user stories and call center requirements Co-create comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios in collaboration with functional leads and business analysts Document and re-test defect fixes in coordination with the development team prior to release deployments Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dedicated QA/testing experience on IT consulting projects, specifically with Salesforce applications Proven track record of creating, managing, and executing SIT and E2E testing scenarios Familiarity with Service Cloud concepts, including case management and call center integration, is preferred Hands-on experience using Copado for tracking and documenting test artifacts within the Salesforce deployment lifecycle
