Product Manager Salesforce (Media Cloud)
Oxford Solutions is working with our retail brand client looking to fill a remote role for a Product Manager with hands-on Salesforce Media Cloud experience to help shape and evolve the tools supporting a growing retail media network. If you're strategic, organized, and can jump in fast to translate business needs into real Salesforce solutions, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Lead product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Media Cloud
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to define needs and set priorities
* Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and features
* Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and vendors to build and deliver enhancements
* Drive user adoption and continuously improve the platform
* Stay on top of new Media Cloud features and make recommendations for adoption
What You Bring
* 3+ years in Product Management, ideally with SaaS or enterprise tools
* 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Media Cloud knowledge required)
* Experience working in or supporting retail media teams
* Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and how to align it to business workflows
* Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder collaboration
* Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
