Key responsibilities Serve as the platform owner for Salesforce, ensuring day-to-day health and long-term strategic direction Build and maintain platform roadmaps, aligning technology with business needs and prioritizing requests for value and impact Manage staff, assign tasks, and lead team meetings while ensuring alignment with IT priorities and overall initiatives Required qualifications 8 or more years of professional experience in technical operations or project management 4 or more years of hands-on technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem 2 or more years of direct supervisory experience with proven performance management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between technical and business teams Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder, Architect) are preferred
