Leading the administration and optimization of Salesforce, the full-time Salesforce Manager will manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, oversee day-to-day CRM operations, and collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to ensure effective technical execution in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the workload distribution and performance of a team of Salesforce Administrators, conducting regular one-on-ones and providing feedback Customize and configure Salesforce to align with organizational needs, ensuring data integrity and system reliability through audits and monitoring Lead the technical planning and execution of Salesforce configuration and deployment, collaborating with stakeholders on architecture and roadmap alignment Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with the Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) Proficiency in Salesforce customizations, configurations, integrations, and data analysis using reports and dashboards Experience supervising or leading technical staff, including managing contractors or temporary resources Proven ability to translate scoped requirements into configuration and deployment work, setting technical timelines Strong analytical skills with a passion for JED's mission to protect emotional health and prevent suicide
