Working remotely as a full-time Salesforce Engineer, the successful candidate will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce products Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide architecture and solutioning guidance for Salesforce initiatives Develop custom Salesforce functionality and support integrations between Salesforce and other systems Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce implementation, engineering, or platform development experience Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce security models Experience designing Salesforce solutions for complex business processes Demonstrated ability to make technical tradeoffs across configuration, customization, and integration Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
