Salesforce Einstein Analytics ConsultantThe Salesforce Einstein Analytics Consultant is a key member of our Delivery organization in the US. In addition to being responsible for data analyses, the Salesforce Administrator/Einstein Analytics Analyst would work directly with the project team to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. They should have exposure to Salesforce Einstein platform as well as Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.

Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts.Typical Day Snapshot:Develop an Einstein platform expertise and advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.Typical Einstein implementations include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow and Binding solutions.Configure Out of the Box Einstein.Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.Conduct functional requirement sessions with End users.Understand/Gather Analytics requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements.Lead the development team to develop dashboards in Einstein.Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications.Configure Data Sources to extract data from disparate sources.Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.Relational database concepts such as SQL and data modeling.Traditional BI concepts such as ETL.Dashboard and UX designBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years' Einstein Analytics experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
(If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)Preferred Qualifications:Experience as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder.Experience with any other visual analytics applications.Familiarity with Discovery Platform.Experience with qualitative or quantitative statistical modeling practices.
