Job Description
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and environment management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Expertise in automation, scripting, quality assurance, and security practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and DevSecOps principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, covering the complete lifecycle: validation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Standardize branching strategies, packaging, and environment management across teams.
- Reduce release risks through automation, quality gates, and DevSecOps controls.
- Manage end-to-end release execution, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, automation efficiency, and release performance metrics.
