Salesforce DeveloperThe Salesforce developer will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This position requires strong design, and communication skills to effectively work with management and team members.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesMeeting with business stakeholders to determine CRM needs.Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications in an agile environment using Scrum.Testing the stability and functionality of the application.Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.Research and development of new technologies.Provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps, as required, and also assist in key functions involving client and staff development, training and on-going client support.Providing technical oversight and guidance to team members, writing documents.Partner with Development and Infrastructure teams to contribute towards IT modernization roadmap.Work with other developers to define and document the systems architecture and development patterns and best practices.
